In the summer of 2020, my husband and I decided that we were ready to sell our Perdido Beach, Florida condo and find a home in the 30A area of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Brian K. LoCicero came highly recommended by a mutual friend, so we contacted him to help us sell our condo. He quickly found a buyer for our place in the sun, so we began our quest for a new beach home, that fall.

We finally settled on a gorgeous home in Seagrove, Florida and have enjoyed making memories with our children and grandchildren, along the seashore.
